exclusive rental company)
- Each Lock-out unit can be utilized for rental guests or
entire residency may be occupied
- Each lock-out unit attached to condominium
has a separate bedroom, bath & entrance

- Summer
1 Bedroom Summer Weekly= $1800-2300
2 Bedroom Summer Weekly = $3000-3500
1 Bedroom Nightly Basis = $250-300
2 Bedroom Nightly Basis = $400-500
- Off-Season
1 Bedroom Nightly = $100-300
2 Bedroom Nightly = $150-400

RENTAL MANAGEMENT
- Rental Management fee includes: Maid service,
Concierge amenities, rental processing of reservations, disbursements of owner payments, worldwide marketing
services, valet parking, on-site security & 24 hour
on call Property Management
- There will be a rotation system for renting each unit
in both complexes
