Donald Rivers

Don has been a real estate developer since 1978. Don’s projects include complex multi-million dollar condominium projects, massive renovations, and strategic real-estate development projects. Don founded Rivers By The Sea with his wife Mary in 1981. Rivers By The Sea is a successful full-service real estate agency focusing on sales, rentals, property management and development, and residential mortgage services. Don participates as an active member of the Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Maine Tourism Association, and is an acting member to the York Beach Renaissance Committee.
Mary Rivers
Broker, Owner
Mary founded Rivers By The Sea Sales and Rentals with her husband Don in 1981. Mary has over 15 years of Real Estate Experience and has many years of experience within the hospitality industry. Mary spent several summers in York Beach before making it her year round residence in 1987. Mary has been involved in many real estate projects through the years and has a true passion for the real estate industry. She is interested in both the small details as well as the large details when positioning homes for sale and has a keen understanding of what a buyer needs in a home; whether it be a starter home, retirement home, or an investment. Mary has three adult grown children and six grandchildren. Mary is a member of the The Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce.
Nancy Donahue

Nancy and her husband Tim have lived lived in York for over thirty-five years and have five children and eleven grandchildren residing in various parts of the country. Nancy has been in real estate for ten years and,all of that time, has been with Rivers By The Sea. She has seen Rivers By The Sea expand from a small, two-person office into a large real estate firm now located in York Harbor. Prior to entering real estate, she was a personnel specialist for the federal government. Call on Nancy to meet all your real estate needs.
Paul K. O’Brien

Paul is an Broker and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Maine Association of Realtors. Paul has over 16 years of business and sales experience and holds a Finance Degree from Bentley College. He lives in York with his wife Lorri and 3 children Paul III, Dolly and Donald.

As a life fong resident of the seacoast, Laura brings to the table a remarkable knowledge of Southern Maine communites and its resources. A graduate from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Psychology, she brings her education and experience to every aspect of a real estate transaction. She knows the importance that goes into buying and selling property and she welcomes the opportunity to help you out. Laura resides in kennebunk with her husband Greg and their three children, Reilly, Skylar and Brady!
Lorri O’Brien
Lorri O'Brien is a partner at Rivers By The Sea. Lorri’s focus is to ensure that the rental program runs successfully and that property owners and vacationers alike have an outstanding experience and relationship with our company. Lorri handles financing on all real estate development projects, oversees marketing and advertising for all business units at Rivers By The Sea, and is in charge of the technology infrastructure. Prior to Lorri joining Rivers By The Sea in 2001, she was a sales and marketing executive in the financial software industry and holds an MBA. Lorri resides in York Beach with her husband and children and is a long time resident of the area. Lorri is currently an active member of the York Beach Renaissance Committee.
Ryan P. Lahey
Sales Associate
Ryan has been a member of our real estate team for several years. He started as a rental agent and within a year was promoted to Rental Manager. Ryan is now a member of our disinquished sales team. Ryan's previous experiences as Service Director for two award- winning private club communities in Hilton Head, SC has very much helped his transition into the real estate world. He resides in York Beach with wife, Leah and daughters, Kathryn and Kayla.
